Well, thank you Thanksgiving. I don't know exactly where the 5lbs came from. So Im going to go and put it all in my journal and see what I ate that made me gain 5 POUNDS in 2 days. RIDICULOUS. Please let it be water retention and Im back to 235 in a week!!!!
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 8.8 lb a week

Don't feel bad, I am showing a gain and I have no clue to where it may have come from! I cheated one day ... but I KNOW it couldn't have made me gain that much! Something weird has happened and I've got to figure out how to fix it, lol. Good Luck on your diet and I hope to see "both" of us shed a few pounds! =)

Don't get too wrapped around the axle with one weigh-in. You likely had more salt than usual and it is just water retention. Or, sometimes with a lot of rich food a nice fiber-bomb (lots of raw carrots or some such) will help clear things up :) Tee Hee. It's likely artificial gain -- not fat.
