Woke up late this morning because I had finally fallen to sleep at about 5am. Grabbed a banana before I went to work and then went to the cafeteria. Extremely slim pickings. Had a bagel. Lunch the pickings were even worse so had a sandwich and fries. Their salad looked like it died last week. I asked Henry to pick up salad fixings so I can bring lunch the rest of the week and it should be better. Will try to eat lighter tonight and do some exercise to help out. Will be tired though as it is difficult to function with 2 hrs sleep.
