I finally got a little physical activity in today in the form of walking. It wasn't as long as I hoped, but more than usual. I am a work in progress, but am determined to do better.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
