Ok,I've been at this for a week, this time. I'm not what you would call computer literate, and this is partly a way to learn and a new way to be accountable for my diet. I'm tired of thinking about everything I put in my mouth. I hate the phrase "It's a lifstyle". I'm hoping this is the last time I see these numbers on the scale. So much for the whining.Now it's time to think about dinner!

Good on you, i hate the "its a life style" thing too....Take it a day at a time and you will manage just fine, and as for the computer well its not that scary, it cant eat you
