Going reasosnably well with required food.

Low carb and fats.

Cooked breakfasts of egg, bacom, tomates & mushrooms

No lunches

Dinners - salads with meat, fish and sammon

Trying to establish a regular 30 minute daily walk which I would like to increase to 60 minutes.
231.5 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.9 lb a week

10 lbs in two weeks is mighy fine. I would try and have something at lunch time just to get into more of a routine but I like what you're doing.

Good job! Just to let you know though, you can actually lose more by not skipping meals. Atkins is pretty against skipping them.
