One thing I have to keep in mind when it come to subtracting my calories burned from my calorie intake. Is that I am breastfeeding and that also burns an additional 500 calories a day. So that means whatever I burned working out, I have to subtract another 500 calories for breastfeeding.
The other thing is that I can't go below 1800 calories, or it will affect my milk production.
