Hey guys, I'm starting my diet yet again.
I once weighted as much as 125kg(275 lb), these days I weight around 112kg(247 lbs), which is still a very unconfortable weight for me, obesity level 2, if I'm not mistaken.
I have a rather big frame, so it's normal for people to think I'm fat but surprised when they find out how much I weight, it is impossible for me to reach the ideal weight of my height of 1,75m(5feet 9inches), 27 years old, I should have a weight of 68,9kg(152 lb), I'd be a skeleton.
And that´s it, I work sitting all day long, I'm a webdeveloper, but I also train Muay Thai 4 day per week, and have a very high calorie ingestion daily.
