Day 6 Induction: Freaking super tired this morning. My younger brother kept me on the phone until midnight last night, which is okay its good to talk to him, but lack o sleep is not a good thing for this big body. So far so good today. No cravings. Invented an atkins pizza last night. Was delish! Anyways good luck everyone and lets getter dun!

Crust: 1 lbs of ground chicken mixed in a bowl with black pepper, oregano, little salt, and garlic powder, parmasean cheese. Hand pat to one large patty. On a baking sheet further press out the chicken as think as you can get it on the pan. Put in oven at 375 for 15 mins. You will have to drain a little juice off it when you pull it out. After you pull it out put some pizza sauce on it. I found a jar with 4g carbs per serving. Added a little more paramsean on top of that and then a layer of turkey pepperoni........yes I said turkey pepperoni. Then layer of mozorella and more turkey pepperoni on top of that. Back into the oven same temp until cheese is melted to your liking..........I put a little more black pepper on top when eating. The whole pizza turned out to be 17g of carbs.......I ate half for dinner last night and half for lunch today. Tweek receipe as you like. I called it Atkins Pizza but its more like Atkins chicken parm. lololololol Looked more like pizza.
