Day 7
OK, weighing in tomorrow! It's been a week since I started my diet & exercise progam, so I'm hoping to se a *little* drop! (I'd be happy with 1 lb!
Pilates again tonight, with new weights. My last one's where only 1 lb, the new ones are 3, so we'll see how tired they make me! :)
