This isn't really a journal entry in the typical sense of the word, but I just wanted to say that I am not starving myself. Sometimes, I don't know the caloric value of the foods that I have eaten, such as today, with the fries I ate at the mom and pop style restaurant I work at, or the calories in the thin, flat pastry I picked up at the Mexican bakery on the way home.
The same goes for the exercise: I worked a double shift today because of a sick coworker, and I am completely exhausted. I was on my feet, rushing all day. I believe that I burned a solid amount of calories, but there is no sort of calculator for calories you burn while waitressing. But I know it can seem misleading if I'm losing fast and not writing any sort of nutrition info down. I usually lose my initial twenty pounds fast, and then the rest of it clings to me and wont let go.
