Hey linny, I tried to send you PM, but somehow the site wouldn't send it. I just read an old posting that I missed before that you are also a TBI survivor. I hope you are doing well with that. We can definitely keep track of each other. The keto bagels look good!

Erica, I had a TBI in 2014 after a fall backward at a dr office no less. It was like a stroke. 2 yrs of serious problems. Rehab. Inflammation in my brain. I'm somewhat better. Lots of weight gain. I'm doing HFLC now. Works for me. Love dr Hyman. I follow you. 🌹

Thank you ladies and gentlemen for your support. I am not the conventional FS person on here....and Diablo I appreciate your support as well, it really means a lot. I struggle everyday just to Live and to Breathe. I hope you're doing well.
