Moving in the wrong direction in spite of working out really hard. Ah well, today's another day. I've been slipping on recording my food and exercise. Going to make it a point to continue doing that. I think it's a good practice.
194.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
