GOOD news/BAD news: the good news is…I took a peek at my scale this morning, and it showed 174.8!!!!! The bad news is….I now have to eat 2 points less! Booooo! Hahahah BUT…I'll take it! =) More people are making comments on how much weight I have lost, it definitely helps keep me motivated. I've resisted an amazing chocolate cake that we had for a baby shower at work for a close friend….even resisted eating any of the candy I was putting in the party favors. Although…I did eat 4…that’s right….FOUR….veggie fajitas the other night when I went out with the girls to a Mexican restaurant…guacamole and sour cream included. I did tell them no on the rice and no beans….as well as no cheese…and I didn't eat any of the chips…although I was heavily tempted to eat them! There has to be something to eating more points in a day (I think I read someone talking about the zigzag effect….I think there is something to that!).

Work has been insane…and not going to get any better today or tomorrow. Probably will be a 7:30 or 8:00pm'er tonight, but makes for some great over time $$ at least. I have over 800 emails that I need to sort through as well. Probably will have to do that this weekend, so I feel like I can at least breathe!

Wow-- 800 emails!!! I can't even imagine!! Good luck sorting through them! Big hugs on the loss!! It is definitely a huge motivator when people start really noticing the weight loss. You are doing fantastic-- keep it up!! :-)

Wooohooo on the scale news! Are you following the older points plan where there is a set number of points for a weight range? You might want to take the new quiz and use the 35 flex points instead. It seems to offer a little more freedom than the old plan. I was hesitant to switch over at first since I was very comfortable with the "old school" system. But I've come to find the new system works better for me. If you want a copy of the quiz, let me know and I can send it to you. And 800 emails? Holy smokes! Good luck wading through them!

Congrats on the loss! I also like the new system better. You only lose a point at a time rather than a couple. I would take the new quiz and try it out for a week...if you don't like it, switch back...no harm no foul! Keep up the hard work! Your chart looks amazing. Even more amazing...800 EMAILS! Wow! Good luck going through those. Hopefully you don't have to reply to too many of them...you may feel like your fingers are about to fall off by the time you are done! ;)

Way to go on getting to the next marker down, even with 2 pts less!! lol You are doing so good! Yuk, 800 emails.... ewww. Good luck on that. Keep on kickin' it!! Way to go foregoing the chips, cake and candies, too!!

Hrmmmm, I don't think I have the new test. I'm an old WW'er die-hard, and use the set points (not the range) and I rarely use my 35 extra points. sooo please send me the test =) I'm still waiting for this large presentation that we need to copy for tomorrow's meeting....they still haven't given it to us....might be a later night than I origionally anticipated! oh well...keep chanting "over time" "over time". I did however have my curiosity up...and decided to check my BMI (even though that aggrivates me)...but I am now officially in the OVERWEIGHT category...and not in the obese one =) Still doesn't sound right...but I'll take it :) hahaha I keep trying to get my emails down...but they just keep coming in! Frustrating day.
