813 kcal Fat: 17.58g | Prot: 47.69g | Carb: 132.84g.   Breakfast: Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, thomas english muffin, egg, plum tomato, publix light cream cheese. Lunch: pickle relish, starkist tuna, cucumber , celery , cherry tomato. Dinner: wheat hot dog bun, oscar meyer fat free hot dog, publix pickle relish, heinz ketchup. Snacks/Other: reduced fat oreos, pb2, apple. more...
losing 1.3 lb a week
