I calculated my calories from alcohol & mixers for July and it is 11,881 calories. That's 3.4 lbs! Now I don't believe its as simple as if I didn't drink those calories I would not have eaten more but still - that's a lot! But with house guests, entertaining, trips to vegas and napa its hard to avoid... BUT I'm going to make a goal of drinking only 2 days a week & on trips (Not including work trips). On the upside I have been working out a little more (once a week + my 2 mile walk home almost daily).
