I returned to fasting on Wednesdays and continue to IF. I believe that helped me break my plateau. Back to swimming this week M,W,F and eying up the gym for T,R next week. Looking for low carb ideas to go with my turkey for Canadian Thanksgiving.
167.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Alix I just sent you the keto recipes I am using. I found a Keto Thanksgiving website from 'alldayIdreamaboutfood.com' with multiple ideas for Keto. Many dishes of appetizers, drinks, sides, and desserts. Take a look!

I do cauliflower mash. I have rutabaga and brussel sprouts. Use a "gum" to thinken the gravy. Make the cranberries from scratch using a sweetener rather than sugar. I skip the dessert and the stuffing. I love turkey so just eating it is a big treat. And I cook bone broth of the bones and left over. Hope you have a good one

Oh and if I decide on dessert it is usually cream cheese bites. (sometimes called clouds) They are so easy to make and people do like them

I tired IF, but it didn’t work for me. I was hangry all the time. Calorie counting is much easier for me.
