Ahhhhhhhh! How the hell do I get back on track and STAY on track?! This is so frustrating! I always screw myself over on the weekends. :(Five pounds within 3 days. Not good! It's manic Monday...so gotta get back and TRY HARDER.

TODAY'S WORKOUT
Morning: Jillian Michaels' "Shred it with Weights" (used 10lb and 15 lb. kettlebell)

Evening: Treadmill (Burned 353 calories & 110 fat cals) for 38 minutes

FOOD INTAKE:
Breakfast: Chocolate Visalus Shake
Lunch:
Dinner: Chicken Adobo + White Rice + Steamed (frozen) Broccoli + 2 Simple Fried Chicken ...(this is probably going to screw me up big time. Couldn't resist.)
Snack: 3 or 4 tiny fried anchovies / 2 sips of leftover Sherridan's Mucho Mocha Almond Toffee Wowwieccinos
136.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 8.8 lb a week
