Morning Workout: "30 Day Shred"

FOOD INTAKE:
Breakfast: Choco-Coconut Visalus Shake
Lunch: Leftover Breaded Chicken & Kale Salad w/ Miso Dressing
Dinner: Bad dinner! Velveeta Nacho Mac. (This will screw me up. And I was doing so well too! *sigh*)
Snack: A handful of fresh blueberries.

Evening Workout: Treadmill (Burned 344 calories & 107 fat cals) for 38 minutes. Stopped the machine before it decided to stop automatically on me....again. lol
131.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
