Went to Outback tonight for dinner taking our son and daughter-in-law for their birthdays. I was so good. I had 2 oz of steak and 2 oz of cheese and I did not eat the chips. So proud of myself. I didn't even eat the birthday ice cream with Oreos on it. Thanks girls for all your support. I am determined that I will lose this 100 lb I'm carrying around.
