Squats 100. Military press 27.5 made the MP reps but started to struggle on 4 on 5. Need to explode out of the hole quickly to get past the soft middle. deadlift 90
209.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
