Been WAY too busy! But…OVERTIME!....that’s a good thing. =) I took on someone else now at the office, so I'm supporting two high profile executives that are sooooo busy! My days are flying by at least….and the best part…I'm not constantly thinking about food! The downside…I haven't had any time to log onto Fatsecret to check on my buddies, I haven't been getting home until 7:30/8 at night because of 11.5 hour days! =( =( Crazy! Thankfully my hubby works with me, so I get to see him…but…because we work/drive in together, he doesn't get to leave until I do, so I feel bad. At least now we have the long weekend….and are working from home on Thursday. =)

The grossest thing happened to me last night! I have the creeps just thinking about it! Not sure if you know what House Centipedes are…and I never did until I moved to Boston, because I have NEVER seen these things before. If you don’t know..then do a web search on them…soooo gross!!! I'm not a squeamish girl, grew up on 24 acres of land in the country….but let me tell you! These things make me freeze in my tracks…and yell for the hubby (even if I'm in the bathroom)! Hahaha Sooo last night, we get ready to go to bed, it was 11:30pm. Hubby is lying in bed already, I get ready…and then go to hop on the bed. THERE WAS A HOUSE CENTIPEDE on MY side of the bed!!!!! OMG! I thought I was going to die! Hubby can see my horror, and realizes it must be one of the bugs. He wears glasses, but didn't have them on, so he turns over and is 2 inches away from this horrible bug!!! ARGH! The thing ran away (they are extremely FAST)…and we couldn't find him!!!! Soooooo after ripping all the blankets off the bed….and no luck finding it…I had to talk myself into sleeping in the bed still! *shiver* Needless to say…I'm a bit tired today, because I kept "feeling" the bug all over me, even though I'm sure hubby scared him! Hahaah

I promise I'll check all my buddies journals soon, I feel so disconnected!! I work from home tomorrow…and then I have 4 days off…soooo I'll be able to get caught up!

Happy Humpday! =)

11.5 hours days at work? Yuck! I hope this is a temporary thing for you. But at least you are finding it easier to keep food off your mind :) I'm not squeamish with bugs but the thought of having one in your BED is a whole different story. I don't blame you for having a restless night! Here's hoping Mr. Bug moved on to other pastures :)

OH my!! YUK!! I'm not so sure that I want to know about this "bug"... or shall I say monster?! Try not to work too much... sounds like it's a bit stressful... you need to try to keep it relaxed. ;) You're chart looks AWESOME!

I just looked up the House Centipede on Google and OMG! I would not have been able to sleep! Talk about the heeby jeebies! I kind of had a situtation like that the other day! I was cleaning one of my horses automatic waterers and when I was done I felt what I thought was a piece of hay by my ear so I grabbed it and went to make sure that is what it was...it was a HUGE spider! I threw that thing on the ground and squished it under my boot! I had the creepy crawly feeling all day! Hope work doesn't keep you that busy too long! That can take a toll on ya after a while! Enjoy the long weekend and watch those points! Definitely want to keep that weight loss chart looking the way it does!

hahah - yeah, the bug...is GROSS. I'm glad you googled it and saw my horror! It was at least easier to fall asleep last night...no sightings at least, so hopefully he did move onto greener pastures Eve!! heheh I think the Over Time right now will go on for at least a few more weeks while the transition is taking place, and I'm more familiar with the new/additional boss. we shall see =)

ew ew ew!!!! Like you I am not that squeamish as long as I know where the bugger is and I do not have to touch it or have it touch me. I have a friend who is so phobic that she has: 1. crashed her car when a bee flew in the window 2. broke her arm while swatting at a fly 3. tipped over a bookshelf on me while escaping from a cockroach When I am around her I am positively brave.
