I didn't realize I'd gotten so many comments in support on a previous journal entry. If any one of you sees this, thank you. I appreciate it.

I slacked off for a couple of weeks. Couldn't figure out what to do. But have restartd Insanity and just finished my first week. I feel good and I've lost 3 pounds so far. I'm going to stick with it this time. Hopefully I'll get the results I'm looking for.
