I am so proud of myself for the way I did yesterday I stayed well below my alloted calorie count I got my water in and I even ate some fruit, which is a struggle for me since I am not a fruit lover to say the least. Looking forward to weighing in when I get up this afternoon to see how I am progressing. After working 62 hours last week I am off tonight (Sunday) and then back to work on Monday but going to enjoy my day off and if it wernt so stinking cold outside I would take a walk, but still too cold to get outside here. Hope everyone has a good day today and looking forward to another good day today
