Well I got paid yesterday so I have money again *phew* after I went all of £15 overdrawn last month... :) I made myself go into the pub and drink a couple of pints of diet coke so I could walk past my current favourite restaurant with a full belly and pretend I wasn't being tempted...
It worked :)
So out for dinner tonight. I've gotten into a habit of not eating before a (planned) big meal out and after some consideration I've decided that's not a good way of dealing with it. That and having a few days low calorie to make up for Monday's excesses and for tonight's meal.
So today for lunch (as I did yesterday for that matter) I will be having a head of celery and Salsa. I will be having this at about 3-4pm so that I am still feeling the effects when we arrive at the restaurant. Hopefully this will mean I won't make a pig of myself. But it's Thai so that's probably not going to work! ;) But I can hope.

Hehe it's all about balance. But I need to be good through March, & get down below 18st (maybe even down past 17st). But I won't do that eating out twice a week so I need to pull it back for a couple of weeks.
