Started new job.

Story of my life - always so near, yet so far.

Kept my diet relatively well, but exercise regime's been compromised - too knackered to really do much when I get home at 8/9pm daily.

50 Lap swim every Saturday and 30-45 minutes of home exercise (20 push-ups x 15 sets; Sit-up regime x 3 sets; Bicep-curls x 4 sets; some squats and Back exercises if I feel up for it) on Sunday.

Weight loss can be attributed to CALORIC DEFICIT. It's simple, eat lesser than what your body needs and you'll lose weight. It's no rocket science, although I try to keep track of macros to make sure I don't lose too much muscles.

Weigh-in again end March 2013.

Fingers crossed.
174.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
