We sure have a lot of new folks joining here lately. Welcome to all of you and just for signing up, here's some advice: The center of a donut is 100% fat free. As for my weight loss week in review - I'm recording this today as this number has been the hardest to maintain. This has been bounciest month of loss since I started. And, on an unrelated note, we had a double rainbow yesterday. Even jaded 'ole me stood there with the jaw drop amazement of an 8 year old. That's it. Y'all have a good evening. I'm going for a manicure.
