I was never a big fan on the pumpkin spice thing in the past but allowing for the changes in palate & keto mouth 🤣 🤣 🤣 I may find I like it now.

Funny Bella how you talk of change in palate...I just had a bowl of white rice the other day - tasted like air. Never thought I'd see the day where I was more accustomed to whole grains than processed grains. I actually had to throw it away just from the taste. I just purchased my Yoga Burn program and depending on how it goes, plan to order some aminos.

Yeah, Court, it's all habit. There are many foods that require repetition to become a preference. The first few months of the LCHF I would have a restaurant cheeseburger (with the bun) now & then to satisfy what I 'thought' I was craving. I would discover it wasn't even close to as delicious as I'd anticipated.

Court I can’t do white rice either. Tonight is Caribbean rice with pineapple and salmon 😋 Bella, I hear ya. I had a quarter pounder with bun about 2 months ago. It was good but that’s all, I didn’t miss it. But, the ones my hubby and I made the other night were 💣😋😋😋 love my seasonings and being creative. We used to make that burger with Gorgonzola and buns. Would have used Gorgonzola had we had it on hand, but the portobellos are meaty and filling. Better with out the bun.

Keytenn yesss! I tell my kids all the time!! You have to keep trying different foods. Everything changes every few years. There are things I absolutely love like sweet potatoes and beets but wasn’t a fan of as a kid.😊💞

FYI friends... this is really awesome 🤗😊😋😋👍👍🎃🎃🎃 especially with the turmeric and cinnamon and cumin I put in my coffee and the almond milk😋😋💕
