I am so excited! I have tried for years to figure out the macros and the calories and try and lose weight to no avail. I finally found it! I kept Within the calorie limit of 800 to 1000 and also kept my macros of carbs less than 10%, of protein less than 20%, and fats around 70%. I just can't hardly believe it. At this rate if I can keep this going everyday I should reach my goal by Christmas. And if not, that's okay too. I'm just excited that I've had two good days. That's just a God thing. I have prayed and asked for this for years. wow wow wow

well we can try and do everything perfect and have perfect macros and stay in calorie limit and still no drop in the weight today. I guess I need to think outside the box. I'm going to say it's related to holding water. LOL. that's good justification for anybody. try try again

we went out for lunch today after my doctor appointment. I had fried okra and half of a chicken tender wrap. the chicken was also breaded and fried. I undid the wrap and did not eat the tortilla. I just ate the lettuce, tomato, cheese, and chicken. I think my carb count today was 16% or 22 net carbs. today was not the best day. we'll try again tomorrow.
