No time will do cardio.& 3 moves. Watch 7 machine 150. S-7 Revolving stairs 30 minutes: 223/266. Core 2 sets- 10 reps: 79. Decided I will do Smart & Steady 3 moves for 3 months. I've done it in the past, it's doable & you always enough time to complete.
