So last month I started out good and then it went down hill, I have made up my mind that I will stay on track this month and not let anything stop me. I ran this morning and then went to a lifting class at my gym. It was good. I will go back this afternoon with my Fiance when he gets off work and do some more cardio. I am determined to keep it up this month.
167.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
