Monday morning is here and we have made it through the weekend.
Another successful start to a week. It makes it much easier when your significant other is up and at it like I was. Wifey got up at 440am and went for a hard walk with her girlfriend. So at 510am it was much easier for me to get my butt out of bed.
I made it 50 plus miniutes over 130 bpm on the spin bike. Hooray.
Now to keep it cool with the food choices and cravings.
Wifey has me reading the book "Women food and God" it makes good points, but i'm having a hard time getting it to my roots.
I'll keep reading.
