I have been following a reasonable everyday diet with the odd treat at weekends such as a takeout and wine.

As of today I will be restricting drinking and smoking to weekends only.

I have had a bad bout of ME recently which has caused me to slack in the exercise department and also rely heavily on caffeinated drinks such as tea, coffee and stimulants. My new aim is to try and cut these down as much as possible, or out completely if I can.

I'm aiming for 2 gym visits per week plus 3 additional training sessions at home with weights. I will be combining this with leisure activities such as walking the dog and ice skating and also come pilates/ballet/yoga to achieve a leaner look.
136.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
