Yeah for me! I got my butt outside and walked my 2 miles. It's a start anyway.I usually don't exercise ever on Mondays because it's my day off and I figure I deserve a "free day". Not anymore I'm determined to get my 5 days of exercise in.

I but some real work out clothes as an incentive to get out there and it has worked a little. Note to self: tomorrow morning bring sunglasses! The sun is just getting going at 6AM and was in my eyes the whole time. I'm also going to get a sports bra today because I'm between bra sizes and the straps kept falling down driving me nuts the whole two miles!LOL Isn't it great to be a woman. Well more later I gotta get started on some house cleaning.

Good day exercised said within points a little over on fat but I'm proud of myself.
