Love love LOVE Italian meatloaf. Your's look so so good!

Yohoyo heck’s no!!😂😂 that was my 12 year olds plate. He is a loves sriracha so mommy made it special for him. No ketchup allowed in my meatloaf 🙅🏻‍♀️ 

Yum! The only way you get away with no catsup is brown sugar for the top.

Bella I do like to use brown sugar in my dishes 😊😋 I have put it in a meatloaf mix when I would do a spicy Italian. That’s been a minute but I always have it in my chili😋 oooohhhh it’s almost chili time🤗🤗 🍁. Just refuse to make meatloaf with ketchup 😂😂 it was made that way once a week growing up😩😩  

Oh, you saying you've been traumatized by the ketchup abusers... Me personally, I don't care either way.... I used ketchup on top of the very spicy meatloaf just for the looks. 

I’m ketchuped out lol. And it was always on meatloaf that was cooked but still mooshy 😩😩  

Oh shoot Keyten luv, I didn’t even think about that🤗🤗😂😂❤️ Yay!! I was going to do Lithuania I think, but as cray cray as this week has been, actually last week too I will take it🤗😂  

Thanks🤗 I did sort of a tomato Parmesan around it😊😊 

The middle was stuffed with roasted red peppers, pesto, cherry tomatoes, garlic and cheese ( American because it’s gooey, goat cheese because yum!! and a shredded blend as well as Parmesan) a drizzle of Wegmans herb 🌿 oil to make it melt together and infuse the spices and oregano and basil, sage, thyme and Tumeric together.😋😋 Golden ground flax sprinkled on top and beef gravy drizzle and mixed in with the surrounding tomato Parmesan. 

Looks so, so, so yummy!

I never do ketchup. Only eggs, egg whites, mushrooms, onions, & spices.
