YAY i lost one kg today. i hope i can lose more though... im so heavy now. i feel better with losing weight heheh. i did bicycle for 40 min and ran for 25 min today. i hope to continue this tomorrow!
134.5 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
