what a difference a (no cheating) day makes!!!!
139.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1576 kcal Fat: 77.27g | Prot: 76.48g | Carb: 108.67g.   Breakfast: egg white, Hot thick and chunky salsa, coconut oil, egg, Sour Cream. Lunch: kalamata olives, Merlot Wine, chicken breast, tomatoes, kale. Dinner: stouffers harvest apples, zucchini, Merlot Wine, smart balance butter and canola oil blend, caesar salad, pork tenderloin, mashed cauliflower. Snacks/Other: hard candy mix, green & black's organic dark 85% chocolate. more...
