Ceebee's Journal, 30 July 2010

I feel like debbie downer.. Sorry for all the chicks out there named debbie.. I didnt name you that.. blame your parents.. I will not go into the stupid things that are bringing me down because (I shall make a list for you all as to the whys) 1. They are all stupid and mundane, 2. complaining about my "problems" will not fix or change any of them, 3. I will feel like a total dolt for saying them out loud. (I have my pride just know that my feelers got hurt and I am sulking) 4. I got my TOM and I am a bit suspicious of my emotions at the moment. Now lets be clear.. I am not saying that since aunt flo is in town my feelings are not real.. cause buster they are.. I am just saying that maybe the issues that I feel badly about maybe (and that is only a maybe) are a bit extra overwhelming at the moment. I was bummed about some of this stuff last week long before my TOM so my feelings count!! But today they seem to be counting extra loud and it is making me cry. Well the kiddos are up so no more sniveling.. That is all... carry on.

Awww...sorry you are having a crappy day. :'( Good for you for acknowledging that TOM may be exaggerating things a bit...just get thru the day the best you can. Tomorrow is a new one, hon. :)

Aunt flo is here for me too! I know what you mean about feelings being overwhelming. It will all be well soon! Remember, no one can bring you down unless you let them! Stay tough!

Weird I have an aunt flo too.. she was a waitress. She always told me to kiss her grits but I said i dont want to i'd rather eat them, hence the weight issue, carbs are bad for you i foudn out later especially with loads of butter. Either way, flo's friend Alice always told me: Early to rise, early to bed. In and between I cooked and cleaned and went out of my head. Going through life with blinders on, it's tough to see. I had to get up, get out from under and look for me. *There's a new girl in town and she's looking good. *There's a fresh freckled face, in the neighborhoood. There's a new girl in town, with a brand new style. She was just passing through, but if things work out she's gonna stay awhile. Anyways, I hope your day goes better, and I'm sorry you are down. Cheer up kiddo.

Oh Ceebee! I hear ya, so hear ya! I think everything about the challenges I faced last week was made worse because of my emotions. I have noticed a huge change in my emotions and emotional state right before my period. In fact I have begun tracking it cause it is extreme. But... I totally believe the feelings are real and things bug us regardless, our exaggerated emotions just make it harder to handle. Hope you feel better and have a good day :) Big hugs coming your way!
