19.2% bodyfat I'm not concerned about my weight anymore body fat percentage is the best indicator that's most important as a healthy weight indicator! Trying to gain muscle mass while decreasing my body fat percentage. Best way is to cut back carbs, increase protein ( .6-1 gram protein per pound of bodyweight) and cut calories 10% below basal metabolic rate and while doing interval training interval training (hiit) is best fat burning activity!
166.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
