Weighing in reguardless of good or bad - burnt lots of calories ate and drank more - ate 3 Nathan’s hot dogs - 16 oz tomato juice - 4 margueritas - 6 excellent tacos - Arby’s turkey gyro with onion rings - medium milkshake - Freddy’s patty melt fries and Diet Pepsi - now I see why -

No problem - today Cajun chicken breast double salad and corn - ranch dressing -

Goal this week - cut out excess alcohol - relieve some stress - eat better - get things done at work and home -

Over and out
219.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 32.2 lb a week
