Wait - WHAT??? I LOST a lb over the WEEKEND??? Well that's cause for celebration! I didn't track, but I at least attempted to not overeat & steer towards healthier, lower-cal options. I was also a little sick Saturday & skipped dinner, at least I think I did. Felt better Sunday & actually got some exercise on the tread climber. I also ordered a pair of HOKA running shoes, which should be in sometime this week. What's really funny is, my hubby bought a huge amount of chocolate & was literally throwing it at me yesterday. I ate a few pieces & felt like I'd eaten too much chocolate, which is weird for me. Probably the heat, it was 102 in OKC yesterday. It will probably be the same today, just TOO HOT!!! This week I will focus on getting the calories down closer to 1300 daily, & see if I can get a little running in (indoors, of course!). Can't help it, I kind of miss it....
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
