disgusted with myself. I put on 600g, didn't do any workouts lastweek. Had my blow out days yesterday and today, now to really start tryin as i'm running out of time. want to lose at least 10kgs in 15 weeks as this is our big holiday to Europe and want to be able to wear some nice clothes. I want to be able to have 5 days in a row of almost perfect days if possible.This means eating properly and exercising.
150.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
