Low calories with carb cycling watching macros some days below 100 g carbs. Lifting big compound lifts. Some cardio HIIt treadmills. Swimming and kayaking this week.
211.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
