I've had a REALLY rough time the past few days. Last Thursday I somehow got a pinched nerve in the neck/shoulder(?) & couldn't even hold my left arm up long enough to drive to work! Friday I went to an Urgent Care place, & they gave me muscle relaxers & said to take Ibuprofen. I don't have alot of faith in muscle relaxers. I was able to drive around yesterday & even went grocery shopping, but this morning I'm feeling it in the lower back. I know laying around the house isn't good for me so I made it to work, now let's see if I can make it through the day.
