I have been lazy in more ways than one. I have been going to the gym 3 times a week, but sometimes that doesn't happen, it's not my fault but I still feel guilty.
On top of that, I have been eating all of the wrong things again, and too much at that. Then I have guilt afterwards. Last night after giving in to my mother's requests to go to Red Robin, where I gorged on a cheeseburger and french fries (one of my biggest weaknesses), I felt so awful. I even started feeling hot shame on my face and neck, and nasuea.
It was then that I decided I needed to jump start again. So as of this morning, I have gone back to recording everything! That worked, and I got lazy, thinking I could do it on my own. Which I could, but not anymore.
Ever since the holidays I have been making excuses. Like, just because I work out, I can go to Pappasitos and eat cheesy Mexican food. Blah. Time to get back on track. And I mean it.


Just as a reminder:

19 grams of fat per meal - total 57 per day.
1800 calories per day.
