I've cheated some with superbowl weekend, but I'm back at it now. I WILL do 20 crunches before bed every night. I WILL drink 2 bottles of water everyday. I WILL start drinking Green Smoothies.

I CAN DO THIS
188.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.0 lb a week
