I am very disappointed that I didn't lose more weight this week. Although I think I understand why. I know this a process, and I am learning things I knew before but now I get it. So there goals that I have to readjust for next week. 1) drink more water; and 2) make better choices when I go out. To be honest, I still think of going out for any meal, I think of it as a celebration rather than food with friends. I need to make better choices. Also it was a week NOT full of exercising. Tuesday and Wednesday I did NOT work out with susie, but thankfully I did Thursday, and Friday. So, that was good this week that I actually worked out Monday, Thursday and Friday, so that's not bad.
So, my goal for the week is to drink me water and work out at least 4 times this week. and make better food choices.
