After losing a pound, i decided that tonight we would treat ourselves and eat out, we ordered pizza, each of us got a small, mine was cheese only, and to count it i figured half of the small is considered a slice of a large, so a full starch and a protein, and of course a fat!!!!

my little treat that i have far and few in between is ice cream, we're getting that later, a small 1 scoop pralines and cream from baskin robbins, my fave, love it

162.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week

if you order from Pizza hut and get the hand tossed it counts as 1 starch and half a protein, you don't have to worry about counting the fat

I order from Gabriels, just a cheese small pizza, and count 1/2 of the small as a stach and a protein, i've never heard from a hand tossed pizza.....besides I HATE pizza hut, makes me sick when I eat it.

that's why you get the hand tossed crust...it's not dripping in oil and grease
