I really haven't felt well all week. I have had a bad head cold and really have felt down. I did get exercise in about 4 times this week, but I didnt keep track of what I ate.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
