Question--- has anyone noticed that when they cheat they suddenly get leg cramps the same night? I seem to do that especially when I have sugar now... last time, my entire calf cramped up and i could not flatten out my foot at all. Extremely painful experience and my leg was sore for 2 days afterward! Going to watch my sugar intake better when I cheat.
I'm finally almost down to where I was before Christmas, just 1 lb to go. 120 down, 80 more to go...
