i know ive gained some back. we close on our new home in 36 days and i cant wait for some normalcy again. my father in law only eats processed carbs i swear. i made a pork roast and stirfry and he put it on a bun because i didnt make a carb. needless to say ive temporarily given up. 36 days and i already told my husband im not buying any crap food when we finally move in. so thats why ive been mia.

It's definitely hard to share meals with someone who's eating a lot of unhealthy refined carbs. My daughter's husband is a carbaholic and he adds bread and cookies and alcohol to any meal I cook. I worry about his health!

Chris w not really but im going to start. We will be in a neighborhood so i can get up early and run before anyone gets up. Im pretty pumped about it. Still doing a couple local races
